Giveaway privacy notice · October 20, 2026
This giveaway is operated by Jerry Adams through Sherwood Productions LLC / Midnight Radio Publishing.
We record your email address, event identifier, request time, and a temporary download credential so we can administer the giveaway and help with access problems. The ebook is downloaded here. We do not email it or send it automatically to Kindle.
The updates box is unchecked by default. Your copy is available whether or not you select it. If you select it, we separately record your email, the wording you agreed to, the source event, and the time of your request. That request is not an automatic mailing-list subscription; any mailing-list setup and confirmation will be handled separately. We do not sell your email or use giveaway-only addresses for marketing.
Records are stored securely through the website’s hosting infrastructure. Operational giveaway records are eligible for deletion after 30 days and are cleaned up when the giveaway processes requests. Requests for book updates are kept separately until withdrawn or resolved. Hosting providers process data needed to operate and secure the site; a short-lived, hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated code attempts.
To withdraw an updates request, unsubscribe, or ask us to delete your email, contact Jerry and identify the email you used. Future marketing emails must include an unsubscribe option. No review or purchase is required to receive an available giveaway copy.
The downloadable EPUB is for your personal reading. Please share the event page rather than redistributing the file.
